Founded in 2015 by Leah Caplan to amplify the best of her 25+ years working in the branding and design industries, LC&CO is focused on building meaningful, collaborative relationships with our clients and partners.

MEET THE FOUNDER

Leah Caplan has directed award-winning research, brand strategy, design, product development, and consulting projects for a diverse range of Fortune clients, including Amazon, Colgate-Palmolive, Delish.com, Fila, GE, Johnson & Johnson, Limited Brands, Lipton, Lululemon, Herman Miller, Pepsi, Soma, Staples, and Target, as well as other leading organizations in the US and oversees. 

She believes that the best collaborations are built upon reciprocal trust, deep understanding, and curiosity. At the heart of her work is the philosophy that listening is key, learning is imperative, and details matter. 

Leah has taught at Pratt Institute, organized industry events for AIGA, been a juror for the Art Director Club’s One Show, been a guest lecturer at Rutgers School of Business Fashion Marketing MBA program, and done critiques for SVA, Parson’s and other institutions. She has provided pro bono branding workshops for Philadelphia hospitality workers through 215PA and Mercados Latinos. 

She currently serves on the advisory board of The Swimming Hole Foundation, a not-for-profit social impact organization in the Catskills that leverages the power of collaboration to crack open existing approaches and expose new pathways for people to achieve innovative work.
